Refunds are only accepted if item is unopened and left in sold packaging. Refunds must be made in a timely fashion as well, otherwise they may not be granted.
There may be a 20% restocking charge. Special order items and most custom made products are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable - they are final sale.
Some exchanges may be approved particularly if the item has a manufacturer defect.
